Processing 

All orders have a processing time of 3-5 Working Days for all orders regardless of shipping method selected. During this time period, orders may subject to different processing methods to ensure security and accuracy of transaction placed. If your order is held for any reason, you will be contacted via email.

All shipping time frames are counted in business days.Orders may also be reviewed to ensure security and accuracy. If your order is under review, you will be contacted within the same day. 

Standard Shipping Shipping Rate: 

We Free Shipping all orders by China Post EUB(if EUB can arrive your country) or China post Air Mail.
China Post EUB may take 12-15 business days for delivery but will vary by destination.
China Post Air Mail may take between 10-25 business days for delivery but will vary by destination.

DHL Worldwide Express Shipping Rate:

DHL Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times will vary between countries, typically 5-7 business days to most locations. DHL Worldwide Express is not available for all countries due to import restrictions, if this option does not show at checkout, we are unable to ship your order with this method. 

Customs Charges

You may be liable to pay import duties . Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Lost & Undelivered Packages: 

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of AIRPLANEMODEL-CN, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use.AIRPLANEMODEL-CN strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update.
